The line worker is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and repairing power lines. They are trained to be familiar with and work within safety guidelines, to troubleshoot problems with electrical lines. Additionally, must have knowledge of splicing wires, replacing cables or performing other types of repairs. In this course, participants will complete requirements for their CDL “Class A”, 40-hour Pole climbing, National Electric Codes/National Safety Electric Codes, First Aid/CPR, Forklift, Multi-Meter, OSHA-10, and Pole Rescue.
